Rick Thomas
Rick Thomas started roofing in the Valley right out of high school in 1977. Starting as a laborer, he worked his way through the ranks, gaining hands-on experience as a crew foreman, superintendent, general superintendent and eventually Vice President of Production for one of the largest roofing operations in the southwest for a decade before going into business for himself in 1998. He has served as director, secretary, and treasurer for the Arizona Roofing Contractors Association as well as serving as President of the Tile Roofing Committee. Ricks’ knowledge, experience and commitment to quality is unmatched, and continues to make Thomas Roofing a leader in the local roofing industry.
Kyle Thomas
Kyle Thomas started working for the family business at 16. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts in business from Arizona State University, he then went on to receive his Roofing Contractors License CR42 from the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Kyle is responsible for overseeing all of the day-to-day business operations at Thomas Roofing.
Santos Preciado
Santos has worked alongside Rick Thomas for over 13 years and is truly a key asset to the success of Thomas Roofing. He is diligent, detail oriented and takes great pride in any work that he performs or oversees. We are constantly getting compliments about Santos from numerous satisfied homeowners and homebuilders. Santos is married and a dedicated father of four and enjoys spending his free time with his family as well as watching sports.
